TRIAL OF DR. MUSSADIQ
(Rec. 7 p.m.) TEHERAN, Nov. 5. The former Persian Prime Minister (Dr. Mussadiq) will stand trial on Sunday instead of Wednesday as originally fixed, the Chief Prosecutor (Brigadier Azemodeh) announced today, without giving a reason for the change. The trial will be held at Saltanatabad prison, near Teheran. Dr. Mussadiq is charged with disobeying the Shah’s order to resign as Prime Minister, and with wrongfully dissolving Parliament.
