ACCEPTANCE BY LORD SALISBURY (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 6. The Marquess -of Salisbury said in the House of Lords last night that he willingly shouldered a share of responsibility for the Trieste situation. “The Foreign Secretary (Mr Eden), in a recent speech, very generously took the whole responsibility for Trieste on himself.
