LICENSING TRUST IN INVERCARGILL
NEW CHAIRMAN ELECTED (New Zealand Press Association) INVERCARGILL, November 6.
Mr S. Anderson, one of the three Government appointees to' the Invercargill Licensing Trust upon its inception in 1944, was yesterday elected chairman at the trust’s first meeting since the local body elections on Saturday. He succeeds Mr Hugh Ritchie, who resigned yesterday. Mr R. Bleakley was elected deputy-chairman.
