WOMAN TO STAND TRIAL (New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, November 6. After mitering a plea of not guilty. May Moore, a 21-year-bld married woman, was committed for trial in the Supreme Court on November 16 on a charge of manslaughter*, when she appeared before.Mr W. C. Harley, SM_, in the Magistrate's Court today. The police allege that, between October 4 and October 16, the accused without lawful excuse failed to observe her legal duty and in consequence caused the death of Frederick Vivian Hill, aged three years, who had been plated in her care by his mother. The accused was released on bail.
