ARTICLE 60 shall be amended by the deletion therefrom the word “ten" and the substitution therefor of the word “twenty,” and the deletion therefrom of the words “personally holding or representing by proxy not less than onetwentieth of the whole number of the issued shares in the Association.” ARTICLE 70 shall be amended by the deletion therefrom of the words “except for the election of Directors.” ARTICLE 72 shall be deleted and in lieu thereof the following article shall be substituted : “72 At a poll every member present in person or by proxy or Attorney shall be entitled to one vote for each share of which he is the holder.” ARTICLE 80 shall be deleted and in lieu thereof the following article shall be substituted “80 The number of Directors shall not exceed fifteen and none but a member holding two hundred shares or over shall be eligible as a director PROVIDED HOWEVER that upon the death in office removal disqualifiction or resignation of any Director the number of Directors shall be reduced until as a result of vacancies occurring through death In office removal disqualification or resignation not more than seven Directors shall still be in office.
