MAYORALTY OF NEW PLYMOUTH
(New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, September 18. Mr Donald Pool, director of a New Plymouth wholesale firm, will contest the New Plymouth Mayoralty at the local body elections next month. Mr Pool is the third person to enter the contest. The other two are the Resent Mayor (Mr E. R. C. Gilmour) and the Rev. E. O. E. Hill, a minister of the Anglican Church, who will resign from his position at the end of this month.
