The University of New Zealand announced today that the following degrees had been conferred:— Master of Arts—Canterbury University College: Michael Joseph Smith, in geography. Master of Science—Victoria University College: Donald Edward Harland Rishworth, second-class honours in geology. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery—University of Otago: Mary Max Patrick, Norman Jack Prichard, Gerald Cedrick Staniland, M.Sc., Fay Young. Bachelor of Dental Surgery—University of Otago: Desmond Bernard Smith.,
