CZECH NOTE TO U.S.
ALLEGED DROPPING OF LEAFLETS (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, July 21. The Prague Radio said today that the Czechoslovak Foreign Ministry had •ent a Note to the American High Commissioner in Germany protesting against “the -act of sending balloons with propaganda leaflets to Czechoslovak territory.” The Note said: "This provocative act constitutes a violation of international law, and a continuation of the socalled cold war, and obstructs a policy ©f peaceful international relations.”
