Middlesex has lost six wickets for 119 in its first innings against the Australian cricketers at Lord’s. Today the ground shows no signs of Saturday’s flooding, and the pitch is taking spin.
Lindwall had Sharp caught by Langley after he had added a single to his overnight score of 35; and Compton, alter scoring a single, was dismissed, leg before, by the same, bowler.
Brown was caught by Miller off Ring for 2; Routledge was stumped by Langley off Hole for 3; and Bennett was caught by Langley off Hole before scoring. Edrich is 38 not out.
