HANMER SPRINGS AMENITIES

Sir, —l would like to remind “Wake Up” there is a Progress League which, in spite of many set-backs, keeps on going with she spirit of doing its best for the township. I am sure the league would welcome him at the annual meeting, which I believe is held in September, and he would no doubt make a very able committee member. Regarding the milk supply, the people are very grateful for the efficient service they are now receiving. His complaint about the motor camp should be made to the body which controls it. On boardinghouses, has he ever tried to keep one in these out-of-way places? The water supply for some months has been excellent. Hundreds of people come, and come again, to the place and enjoy the peacefulness and freedom which Hanmer gives with the glories of nature.—Yours, etc., SEEK YE AND YE SHALL FIND. Hanmer Springs, July 18, 1953.
