Riccarton Road Lighting.— lmproved lighting on Riccarton road before the Royal visit to Christchurch in January next year will be sought by the Waimairi County Council. On the suggestion of Cr. A. C. Rhodes, the council decided to ask the Municipal Electricity Department about improved lighting if equipment came to hand.
