Turbo-Alternators, one 1500 k.w. 5000 V M.V. Turbo-Alternator, one 2300 k.w. 5000 V A.E.G. Turbo-Alternator, two “Rees” Thompson 70001b/hr Boilers, One “Rees” Thompson 10,0001b/hr Boiler, one “B. and W.” 12,001b/hr Boiler, one “B. and W.” 25,0001b/hr Boiler; also I.D. Fans, Feed Pumps, Steel Piping, Coal and Ash Handling Plant, and Chimney Stacks, with Guys. Also 5000 V Metal-clad Switchboard, Auxiliary Transformers with control panels, and open type L.V. All the above were in operation until the commissioning of the New Power Station, but the Board accepts no responsibility for the condition of any item of equipment the purchase of which is entirely at the buyers’ risk. Dismantling and removal .of any plant purchased must be carried out entirely by the purchaser. A crane is available on the turbine floor, but is not included under items for disposal, nor is any portion of the Powerhouse Building. A detailed specification of the plant for disposal may be obtained from the offices of the Board on payment of £2 2s per copy, and inspection of the plant may be made at any time by appointment.
