HOUSE TO RESUME ON AUGUST 12 (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 17. The House of Representatives will assemble at 2.30 p.m. on August 12 to resume the session of Parliament that was adjourned on April 30. The date of the resumption was. announced today by the Acting-Prime Minister (Mr K. J. Holyoake). It is one day later than that originally suggested when the House adjourned to enable the Prime Minister (Mr Holland), the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Nash) and other members of Parliament to attend the Coronation. The House met first this year on April 8- It adjourned after concluding the Address-in-Reply debate and after the introduction of some legislation.
