WONSAN AGAIN SHELLED

(Rec. 10 p.m.) SEOUL, July 13. Wonsan, one of North Korea’s most important ports and railway centres, which has been made almost untenable by continuous shelling and bombing in the last three years, again took heavy punishment yesterday. The British destroyer Cossack and the frigate Morecambe Bay. the American battleship New Jersey and the American cruiser St. Paul also bombarded troop concentrations and gun emplacements near Chinnampoo.
