RHEE PROPOSAL REJECTED
(Rec. 8 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 23. The United Press says highranking officials in Washington made it clear that Dr. Rhee’s three-point armistice proposal has been rejected. It is understood' that the United States will offer Dr. Rhee a new Mutual Security Pact between the United States and South Korea.
