Fast 3000 Metres Cycle Race.— Belgium’s Frans Hermann today won the 3000 metres race at Stuttgart in Bmin 6.6 sec, the fastest time for the distance recorded in the world this year. He beat Gaston Reiff by seven seconds. Germany’s Werner Lueg won the. 1000 metres race in 2min 22.25ec.
