GIRL’S DEATH IN WOOD
(Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, May 24. The police are seeking a man named Joseph Christopher Reynolds, formerly of Dublin, for questioning on the, murder of 12-year-old Janet Warner, who was found strangled in Bluebell wood, Blaby, Leicestershire, yesterday. The police described Reynolds as fresh-complexioned, medium-built with light brown hair and a crew haircut. His description has been broadcast throughout Britain. z More than 100 police, assisted by dogs, have joined in a search of the area where the girl’s body was found.
