VICE-REGAL (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. May 24. The Governor-General (Sir Willoughby Norrie) and Lady Norrie left Government House, Auckland, - for Hamilton today. On their way south they will stop at Te Kuiti, Pio Pio, New Plymouth, Hawera and Wanganui. reaching Government House, Wellington, on Saturday evening. His Excellency will attend the races at Wanganui, where his horse. Pirate, is expected to have its first race. Mr J. C. Stone, a member of the. Christchurch staff of the British Petroleum Company of New Zealand, Ltd., has been appointed South Island branch manager of the company.
