NOTICE is Hereby Given that under the provisions of Sections 65 to 68 of the “Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928,” and Section 54 of the "Rating Act, 1925," IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that it is the intention of the Cheviot Rabbit Board at an ordinary meeting of the Board to be held at 10.30 a.m. at Cheviot on 16th June, 1953, to make and levy a rate of three and a quarter pence (31d) per acre upon the acreage of all rateable property appearing in the Ratepayers’ List and Valuation Roll for the period Ist April, 1953, to 31st March, 1954. The Valuation Roll and Ratepayers' List are open for inspection during office hours.
