N.Z. ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETS The first meeting of the newly-elected management committee of the New Zealand Hockey Association was held in Christchurch last evening. 'Die president of the association (Mr C. C. Holland) was appointed chairman, and Mr W. H. Down was re-elected secretary. The annual levy was increased from Is to 2s 6d a player, in accordance with a recommendation from the annual meeting. The challenges were referred to the holder for thd nomination of dates. A sub-committee was set up to review the boundaries of all the North Island Associations, and Messrs L. H. Norton (Auckland), W. H. Wilson (Wellington), an K. A. Falconer (Wellington) were invited to be members. Messrs Holland, Down, E. M. Cummins, and J. G. Leggat were appointed to an emergency committee.
