Casting Offensive Matter.— William Henry Johnstone, aged 58, a donkeyman, was fined £1 for casting offensive matter and £1 for being found drunk in a public place when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday. Mr N. J. G. Speary, J.P., and Mr H, Manhire, J.P., were on the Bench.
