Spectral and Solidago both worked freely in short sprints at Waterlea this morning, and their trainers, said they would run in the Marlborough Cup, which will now be the mission of Tossup. A fast track will not suit Indian Scholar, and the Tudor stable will probably rely on Double Paper. Master Mario is to run in the Flaxbourne Handicap; Dissenter in the sprint; San Antonio in the Flaxbourne Handicap; News King in the Picton Handicap; Lady Jess and Sure Swift in the Pelorus Handicap: and Lord Montana in the Picton Handicap.
