NAVAL CONTINGENT COMPLETED
16 MORE MEMBERS CHOSEN (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 9. Sixteen members of the ship’s company of H.M.N.Z.S. Black Prince have been selected to complete the Royal New Zealand Navy’s Coronation contingent of 36 members. They are:— Lieutenant-Commander P. L. Bardwell (Auckland), Commissioned Communications Officer J. J. Fargher (Auckland), Chief Ordnance Artificer T. G. Lloyd (Auckland), Chief Petty Officer R. W. B. Waide (Auckland), Electrician R. G. Sutherland (Auckland), Able Seaman D. G. Bush (Cambridge), Able Seaman G. C. Holloway (Tauranga), Ordinary Seaman G. T. S. Strother (Wellington), Stoker H. P. de Thierry (Hokianga), Stores Assistant N. L. Walker (Wellington), Engineroom Artificer T. Pope (Auckland), Able Seaman E. C. Tonge (Auckland), Electrician’s Mate A. Parker (Auckland), Able Seaman O. G. Cooper (Whakatu), Able Seaman H. V. Niven (Ashburton), and Able Seaman M. J. Garner (Christchurch).
