Supreme Court Appeal.— Mr Justice Northcroft reserved his decision until this morning after hearing legal argument in the Supreme Court yesterday in an appeal by C. R. McCallister and Company, Ltd. (Mr B. J. Drake), against a decision of Mr Rex C. Abernethy, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court last August. The Magistrate nonsuited the appellant on a claim against Albert Richard Freeman (Mr D. E. ■ Ames) for £337 Os Id for joinery supplied for two houses built by FreeIman.
