POLIOMYELITIS CASE
notification from GREYMOUTH One case of poliomyelitis was notified in the Greymouth health district last week, but no more cases were re* ported in the Christchurch district. There were five cases in Christchurch during the previous week. Five cases of tuberculosis were notified in each district last week. Thar* was one death in the Christchurch district. Other notifiable diseases Wported in the Christchurch districj were two cases of scarlet fever, igj one each of erysipelas, amodM® dysentery, and undulant fever.
