Ludeman, of Oamaru, winning the grand final of the Inter-Dominion Trotting Championship at Gloucester Park, Perth, recently. Ribands (on rails) was second and Kellett (No. 5) was third. Captain Sandy is now owned and trained by Mr D. J. Nolan, South Australia.
