Mary Anne Palmer; Renee Kathleen Barker (Mr Hay) v. George Barker; Eric Vivian Owen (Mr D. H. Stringer) v. Gwendoline Frances Owen; Irene Hazel Ayers (Mr E. C. Champion) v. Victor Keith Ayers; Allison Grace Ethelwyn Rickus (Mr W. R. Lascelles) v. JolTn William Emanuel Rickus. Desertion: Thomas Henry Parks (Mr Hay) v. Kathleen Louisa Parks; George William Manhire (Mr Champion) v. Daphne Clare Manhire; Elsie Marion Gorman (Mr Lascelles) v. Elias Gorman. Failure to comply with an order for the restitution of*conjugal rights: Elspie Beilby (Mr B. J. Drake) v. Reginald Edgar Beilby: Arthur Edward Allan (Mr R. C. Saunders) v. Beverley Mary Allan (Mr Barrer). Adultery: Thomas Coulter Gregg (Mr Lascelles) v. ' Ivy Eileen Gregg (Mr Stringer) and Samuel Joseph Beven. Habitual drunkenness and cruelty: Reida Strother MacDougall (Mr Lascelles) v. Lindsay MacDougall (Dr. A. L. Haslam). Restitution of Conjugal Rights Marguerite Hazel Gladys Murdoch (Mr B. McClelland) was granted an order for the restitution of conjugal rights against Norman Bruce Murdoch. Mabel Frances Clark (Mr A. Shaw) was granted a similar order against George William Clark (Mr Saunders). , 2 ,
