GOOD FRIDAY AND ANZAC DAY
Sir,—Shortly we are to commemorate two very eventful days. and I should like to ask why organised sport is allowed on the greater of these days Good Friday, and not on Anzac Day’ It does not seem right to make such a difference between days which are held for a similar purpose. Go out in -the lovely sunshine, but please let there be no organised sport.—Yours, etc.. NO ORGANISED SPORT. February 14, 1953.
