OBITUARY

MR L. N. DENNISON Mr Leslie Norman Dennison, who has been engineer in charge of the rotary machines of “The Press” for the last four years, died suddenly early on Monday morning. He was 44. Born on the West Coast, Mr Dennison served his time in an engineering works at Greymouth. After a period as a marine engineer, he joined the staff of the “Evening Post.” Wellington, in 1934. During the war. he served as a technician in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. In 1947. Mr Dennison went to Auckland, where he stayed for about 12 months. Mr Dennison is survived by his wife (Ettie) and a daughter (Verna).
