ROAMING DOGS
. Sir,—-Where are our inspectors to allow so many dogs to roam our streets in the Woolston area. From observation, these dogs are more often on the streets than on the chain, invariably chasing cats, upsetting rubbish bins, and polluting our streets, being a menace to public health. Apparently these owners have little respect for other peoples property, and should be promptly told where to keep their dogs—on the chain.---Yours. etc?. October 21, 1952. HYDATIDS.
