REDCLIFFS RIFLE RANGE

Sir,—l would like to endorse the remarks of O. Smith in your correspondence column this morning. If the rifle range were subdivided for building sites the only land ,in this closely built-up area available for a playing area for children (other than the streets) will be lost for all time. Most of the residents will be solidly behind Cr. T. H. McCombs and the City Council in acquiring at least part of the front portion of the range for a badlyneeded playing area. Hie children are lustly entitled to safety in their play lours, against the ever-increasing motor traffic, which is resulting in an alarming increase of accidents.— Yours, etc., H. W. HARRIS.
