At a meeting of the Kaiapoi Borough Council held on Monday, 25th February, 1952, it was decided to request toe Board of Health to issue a requisition under Section 22 of the Health Act, 1920, for the purpose of providing toe Borough of Kaiapoi with a complete sewerage system as planned, and at an estimated cost not exceeding £lOO,OOO, Written objections against the abovementioned proposal may be lodged with the undersigned up until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 18th March, 1952. The Loan Charges are to be met as follows: From the revenue of the Kaiapoi Fire Board, to which the Fire Service Council and the Kaiapoi Borough Council contribute at a fixed ratio.
