PUBLIC FUNCTIONS IN BRITAIN
LONDON, February 17. By the wish of the Queen, public functions in Britain are to go on as usual. An announcement to-day said that it was the Queen’s wish “that public dinners and entertainment associated with Government, trade, charity, or arts,” should take place as usual.
