INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS
SYMPATHY IN DEATH OF KING (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 8. The president of the International Red Cross at Geneva (Mr Paul Ruegger) has sent the following message to the chairman of the Dominion executive of the New Zealand Red Cross Society. “We are deeply grieved by the distressing news of the death of His Majesty King George. The international committee wishes me to convey to your society its heartfelt sympathy.”
