Although the rubber has been won by Britain and the match has lost some of its appeal, it is expected that if the weather is fair 30,000 people will see it. Four members of the British side, J. Evans, E. Barton, T. McKinney, and A. pirnbull, are taking part in their first test match. Of the 30 preceding tests between the two countries, Britain has won 21 and New Zealand nine. The British team is: J. Evens (Hunslet), A. Turnbull (Leeds), E. Ward (Bradford Northern), D. GreenaU (St. Helens), G. Wilson (Workington Town), R. Williams (Leeds), A.
