Sir,—ln the financial statement published in "The Press" this morning, Mr Holland is reported to have said that the annual payments would be advances from the present £37 10s to the maximum £75. as from October 1,1051. Later, he said that from April 1..1052. the annual increases would be advanced by £5 in place of £2 10». How can that be when the maximtun is to be paid from October 1, 1951? Yours, etc.. PUZZLED. October 22. 1951.
