SENATE VOTES TO CUT FUNDS (Rec. 11 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Sept 1. The United States Senate passed a 7,286,250.000-dollar foreign aid bill last night. It cut the funds sought by President Truman for economic and military assistance to America’s antiCommunist allies by 1,213,750,000 dollars.
