WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is:—

Light winds; weather fair to fine; day temperatures moderate. Outlook: cloudy; some rain later.

CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER

The week-end in Christchurch was fine, with rain on Saturday evening. There was a frost of 9.1 degrees on Saturday •nd of 12 degrees yesterday.
