Comet Plane Breaks Record.—The first 8.0.A.C. Comet jet airliner landed at Karachi to-day after a recordbreaking trip from London in 12 hours 13 minutes, including a stop of 92 minutes at Cairo. The distance was 4525 miles. The full flying time was 10 hours 41 minutes. The previous record was 15 hours 20 minutes—Karachi. August 31.
