TENDERS FOR PURCHASE OF PINUS PLANTATION

TENDERS are called for the purchase of a fully matured pinus platation of approximately 400 trees, situate on the property at Okuku known as Happy Valley, owned by Mrs A. D. H. Hamilton, and at present leased to Mr H. E. Ensor. The property is on the main highway and the plantation is easily accessible. Conditions of sale and form of tender can be obtained from the offices in Christchurch or Rangiora of the undersigned, and arrangements can be made for inspection with Mr H. W. F. Hamilton, of Mount Thomas (’Phone 247 W, Rangiora). The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Tenders close with the undersigned at 5 p.m. on Friday, the 7th September, 1961.
