Senator Brien McMahon,, chairman of the Congressional Atomic Energy Committee, told- a closed Sena e hearing oh the Foreign Aid Bill that Senator Theodore Green, who had vMted Europe this summer with him had asked Mr Churchill what replied: “HOW many atomic bombs have they got?’’
