CROSS WORDS IN WEDLOCK
Husbands and wives who exchange a cross word now and again are much more healthily adjusted than people who state that in thirty years of marriage no cross word has passed between them, states an English Psychiatric social worker. Verbal crossfire, according to this lady, is an emotional safety-valve and preferable to pent-up feelings with their frequent sequel—duodenal ulcers. Most people, however, married or single, have a good word for Baxters Lung Preserver that fine old family remedy for coughs and colds—so safe, so sure, so pleasant to take. All chemists and stores keep “Baxters” on hand. Made by Baxters Ltd., 602 Colombo street, Christchurch. Advt
