When the history of New Zealand is written, you yill find the name of Mr Sullivan written in bold letters as the best Minister of Labour this country has ever had.” said the Prime Minister (Mr Holland) at an informal Ba sJ£ nn ® National Party members. Throughout the great trouble recently Mr Sullivan excited the admiration of every right-thinking person in the country,” Mr Holland said. “Wherever I go, I hear grateful acknowledgement of what he has done for his country.” Mr Holland referred to the “underground menace” in the country, and said: What we are asking the people of this country to give us is the opportunity of clearing up this great menace, and to enable us to purify this country of the menace of an underground influence. “When we get back, we are going to set about the improvement of the laws of this land and to improve its discipline. Mr Holland said he looked with confidence to the result of the election on Saturday.
