Forecast: moderate to fresh north to north-east winds, becoming strong at times on the eoast; weather fair to cloudy; moderate temperatures. Outlook fof Thursday: a temporary change to south-westerlies, with coastal showers. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is:— Moderate to fresh north to northwest winds; weather cloudy to overcast, with periods of rain; cooler temperatures. Outlook for Thursday: weather becoming temporarily fair.
