CEMENT RESTRICTIONS
Sir,—Can you tell me if the restrictions on the use of cement have been lifted? I notice that two houses being built of cement have had front fences built of cement as well within this las{ two months in the Rangiora borough.—Yours, etc., INQUIRER. Rangiora, August 14, 1951. [An official of the Building Controller’s, office, to whom this letter was referred, said that it was contrary to the regulations to use cement for walls or fences (excluding fence posts). If the correspondent wished to furnish details, action could be taken.]
