SOUTH BRIGHTON BUS
Sir,—Now that the Tramway Board has taken over the South Brighton bus, would it be possible to extend the terminus to Halsey street, at least? This would not interfere with the present time-table as the bus waits a considerable time at its present terminus, and, after all, we do pay a higher fare than we should owing to the unnecessary change-over In Brighton from tram to bus. Quite a number of aged people and young mothers with prams have quite some distance to walk.—Yours, etc., CONSTANT USER. August 2. 1951.
