TROOPS OF BRITISH COMMONWEALTH (Rec. 8 p.m.) TOKYO, Aug. 5. The newly-formed Commonwealth Division to-dav went into action for the first time, as one unit clashed fiercely with a Communist patrol. Censorship prevented details.
