POST AND TELEGRAPH ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO OPEN TO DAY (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 4. The annual conference of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Association will begin in Wellington on Monday. The Postmaster-General (Mr W. J. Broadfoot) will open the conference.
The agenda of more than 60 remits includes items relating to salaries, cost of living, and housing, which are stated to be three of the most pressing questions in the service to-day.
