CAGED BIRD CLUBS’ FEDERATION
OFFICERS ELECTED (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 4. The New Zealand Federation of Caged Bird Clubs, which is holding its national show in Auckland, elected the following officers at its annual meeting: Patron, Mr J. L. Hay (Christchurch); vice-patrons, Messrs W. A. Moore (Auckland) and R. M. Macfarlane, M.P. (Christchurch); president, Mr E. D. McQuarie (Christchurch); treasurer, Mr P. Watkinson (Christchurch); secretary. Mr M. Price (Christchurch). The federation’s centre has now been moved to Christchurch.
