SATURDAY (Before Mr H. Sturge. J.P., and Mr W. E. Olds, J.P.) REMANDED Olive May Eaglesham (Mr B. McLelland), aged 38, a domestic, was charged that with Intent to defraud, she obtained from Ernest George Brooks the sum of £55, at Nelson, by a false pretence. The accused was remanded to Fridav. Bail was allowed in the sum of £2OO arid one surety of £2OO, the accused to report each day to the police.
